What type of Personal Data that We Collect
- When you register with Us:
- Your personal details, including your postal and billing addresses, delivery address, email addresses, phone numbers, date of birth, title and any information from credit searches if applicable.
- Detailsof your account in any of our businesses.
- Your account login details, such as your username and the password that you have chosen
- When you shop with us online or browse our Websites or use our Mobile Apps, we may collect:
- Information as set out in item number 1 as above.
- Details about your purchases (eg, what you have bought, when and how you paid for it)

We carry out market research to improve our Services. However, if we contact you about this, you do not have to take part in the activities. If you tell us that you do not want us to contact you for market research, we will respect this choice.
To help us to better understand you as a customer and to be able to provide you with services and marketing communications, including online advertising, that are relevant to your interests we also combine personal data we collect when you make purchases in-store using Clubcard with personal data collected from our Websites, Mobile Apps and other sources.
Sharing personal data with other organisations
We may share personal data with other organisations in the following circumstances:

- if we need to share personal data in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (this includes providing personal data to others for the purposes of preventing fraud and reducing credit risk);

1.How we protect personal data
We know how important it is to protect and manage your personal data. This section sets out some of the measures we have in place.
We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, and we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files to keep this data safe. We only authorise access to employees who need it to carry out their job responsibilities.

- We will reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order.
However, whilst we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of any personal data that you transfer over the internet to us.
The personal data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by companies operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our service providers. We will put in place appropriate protection to make sure your personal data remains adequately protected and is treated in line with this Policy.

We will send you relevant offers and news about our products, including associated companies and services, in a number of ways including by email, but only if you have previously agreed to receive these marketing communications. When you register with us we will ask if you would like to receive marketing communications, and you can change your marketing choices online, over the phone or in writing at any time.

Phishing
Phishing is the practice of tricking someone into giving confidential information. Examples include falsely claiming to be a legitimate company when sending an e-mail to a user, in an attempt to get the user to send private information that will be used for identity theft and fraud.
We will never ask you to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Surya Hotels or Dragonfly Hotels asking you to do so, please ignore it and do not respond. You can contact our hotels directly or Information Governance Manager to report it or if you are unsure.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by Surya Hotels/Dragonfly Hotels and is aligned to our parent policies of the Frasers wider Group business. Our websites may contain links to external sites, operated by other owners and third parties, over which we have no control. For this reason, we encourage our visitors to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements applicable on other sites they may visit. Any access to such other sites or pages is therefore entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for the data protection policies (including personal data protection and cookies), content or security of any third party websites linked to or from group websites.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you have the right to see the personal data we hold about you. This is called a Subject Access Request.

The law allows us to charge an administration fee of £10. If you write to us by post, please enclose a cheque or postal order for £10 made payable to "Surya Foods".
